Ralph thomas
Ralph Thomas is the Program Manager for Clinical Transformation at Northwell Health. In this role, he is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives focused on operations, process improvement and performance across the organization. He has over 10 years of experience, which includes, but not limited to project management, hospital operations, and population health.
Ralph is a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), Diversity and Inclusion Chair of Healthcare Leaders of New York, Co-Chair for the African American/Caribbean BRIDGES Business Employee Resource Group at Northwell Health and member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Ralph graduated from Stony Brook University with his BS in Health Science and received his Master in Health Administration from Hofstra University.
Also, Ralph was featured in Northwell Health’s February 2019 "My role in helping reignite humanism“ series and he is also the recipient of the NAHSE NYC Chapter 2019 Young Executive of the Year Award. Ralph enjoys cooking and eating pizza around NYC.
