Featured Speaker: LaRay Brown, Chief Executive Officer of One Brooklyn Health System. LaRay has served in this role since 2017 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Interfaith Medical Center, Inc. since February 2016. She served as Senior Vice President at NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest municipal hospital system in the nation, for 20+ years. She is a nationally recognized advocate for community health and safety-net hospitals.
Conversation Facilator: Dr. Ruth C. Browne, SD has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ronald McDonald House New York since September 2016. Prior to assuming her role there, Dr. Browne served for 12 years as Chief Executive Officer of the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health (AAIUH), a best practice harbinger of interventions that advance health and educational equity solutions for culturally diverse populations locally and nationally.

Guest Speaker – Regginald Jordan, FACHE
For the last six years, Mr. Jordan was the Vice President of Mount Sinai St. Luke’s/West, a two 450-bed community hospitals, with over 6,100 employees managing over $800M in revenue. He is responsible for the Support Service Operations of the (2) hospital campuses including: Neurology, Radiology, Laboratory, Rehabilitation, Respiratory Therapy, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction, Clinical Engineering, Food & Nutrition, Environmental Services, Materials Management, Transportation, Security, Environmental, Health and Safety Departments. He is strategically oriented with a proven track record of operational performance in a highly complex multihospital system. He has an innate ability to successfully lead multi-functional teams to complete projects and accomplish goals of organization. He is a dedicated, flexible leader with a strong work ethic that motivates others and garners rapport and support from all personnel.
He recently accepted a position as the new CEO/COO of Montefiore Medical Center’s Wakefield Campus, a 300-bed teaching hospital with over 2500 employees serving the northeast Bronx and lower Westchester area.
